In large rooms the audio decides whether a hybrid meeting works. A camera with a built-in microphone stops listening at the far end of the table, and remote participants only catch half of it. Shure builds the microphone technology that solves such rooms: ceiling microphones that cover the whole room and stay invisible, table microphones for conference systems, and the signal processing behind them that removes reverberation and echo. We plan Shure systems for meeting rooms, boardrooms, auditoriums and council chambers, install them and tune them in the room.
Shure ceiling microphones for meeting rooms and halls
A Shure ceiling microphone covers an entire room without anything on the table. It aims its pickup zones at the people speaking and filters out air conditioning, projector and rustling paper. For rooms with glass walls or high ceilings it is often the only route to intelligible audio.
We plan the ceiling position, cable via the network, set up the pickup zones and tune the system in the room. The microphones work with Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, ClickShare and video bars from Logitech, Poly or Yealink.
Signal processing and room audio
A good microphone alone is not enough. The signal processor behind it removes echo, lifts quiet voices and distributes the audio to speakers, video conferencing and recording. Shure offers processors matched precisely to its own microphones, plus software that lets us monitor the room remotely.
We configure processor, speakers and microphones as one system and measure in the room instead of setting values from the data sheet. You can hear the result: remote participants understand every person at the table, wherever they sit.
Auditoriums, courtrooms and public administrations
For auditoriums, council chambers and training rooms we combine Shure microphones with sound reinforcement, cameras and control: requests to speak at the table microphone, a camera that pans to the speaker, recording for the minutes. We plan such rooms with the architect or electrical planner and accompany tender and construction phase.
Our team has trained on Shure Microflex Advance technology and knows planning and commissioning from its own projects. After acceptance we remain available for maintenance and adjustments – for customers in the Mittelland region and across German-speaking Switzerland.

Do you really recommend a ceiling microphone for our meeting room?
For up to about eight people a video bar with a built-in microphone is usually enough. With longer tables, lots of glass or high ceilings that changes. We listen to the room and tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
Do you connect Shure microphones to our Teams Room?
Yes. Shure microphones and processors are certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms and can be combined with room systems from Logitech, Poly, Yealink or Crestron. We set up the connection.
Do you also install Shure in an auditorium or council chamber?
Yes. We plan such rooms as a whole with sound reinforcement, camera and control, work with the electrical planner and site management and tune the system in the room after installation. On request we also handle tender and acceptance.
