How long does a mandate last?
We set the term together. Marketing works over months, so we recommend a longer horizon. Individual projects are possible too.
Who is my contact?
You have a dedicated contact at IMAGEMEDIA who runs your mandate and coordinates the team. You do not have to talk to five people.
What happens to our current suppliers?
What works well stays. We work with your existing printers, photographers or agencies, or take over step by step, whichever suits you best.
Do you also work on site with us?
Yes. For planning, meetings or photo and video days we come to you. Day-to-day work runs from Solothurn, with short lines by phone, email and video.
