Most AI projects don't fail because of the technology but at the leap from experiment to everyday use. That is why we work in two stages: first a prototype for a single, clearly defined use case – the question that costs your team the most time. If it holds up in real operation, we build it into a platform with user management, roles, logs and interfaces to your existing systems.

Technically this means: containerised services, automatic deployment, monitoring and cost control instead of a script on a server. Your data remains your data – the assistant answers exclusively from verified sources, sensitive personal data does not go into public models, and the Swiss Data Protection Act is considered from the start, not bolted on afterwards.

Whether you end up with an internal tool or a product you sell as a subscription is your decision. We build so that both remain possible.

How do we get from prototype to finished SaaS?

Usually in three steps: prototype for one use case, trial operation with real users, then expansion into a platform with tenants, roles and billing. After each step you decide whether to build further – nobody invests blindly.

Doesn't an AI assistant simply invent answers?

It answers exclusively from the sources you provide and otherwise says it will pass the request on. That is exactly what we check during trial operation before it is let loose on customers.

What does cloud-native mean in concrete terms?

The application runs in containers, is deployed and monitored automatically, and scales with usage. That takes a little more care at the start and saves the rebuild later when things suddenly take off.

Is this compatible with the Swiss Data Protection Act?

Yes, if set up properly: clear information for users, no sensitive personal data in public models, operation in Switzerland or the EU where necessary, logs and deletion periods. We put this in writing.

What does such a platform cost?
