General terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, deliveries and services of Imagemedia GmbH to commercial and private customers.

2. Quotations and conclusion of contract

Quotations are valid for 30 days. The contract comes into effect upon written confirmation or placement of an order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in CHF excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms 30 days net. For projects above CHF 5,000, instalments are agreed (deposit, interim invoice, final invoice).

4. Services and cooperation

The customer provides the required content, access and approvals on time. Delays caused by a lack of cooperation postpone deadlines accordingly.

5. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware. For installations and software we grant a 12-month warranty on functionality in accordance with the order.

6. Copyright

Designs remain the property of Imagemedia GmbH until payment in full. After payment the customer receives the agreed rights of use.

7. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Solothurn.

8. Governing language

This translation is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
