Logitech builds video conferencing technology that needs no manual: cameras that frame the speaker automatically, room systems for Teams and Zoom, touch controllers on the table and room panels at the door. For small and medium meeting rooms Logitech is often the most pragmatic choice, because camera, microphone and speaker come as one unit and can be managed centrally. We use Logitech when it suits the room and the budget, and combine it with ClickShare, Shure microphones or interactive displays where the room demands more. We handle mounting and setup on site.
Logitech for small and medium meeting rooms
For huddle rooms and meeting rooms of up to about ten people we use Logitech conference cameras with integrated microphone and speaker. They sit below or above the display, need one cable and are ready to use within an hour. The camera frames the people present automatically and follows the speaker.
We check whether table shape, light and acoustics suit the model, mount the camera at the right height and adjust framing and microphone zones. That way the people at the other end see faces instead of ceiling.
Room systems for Teams and Zoom
Logitech room systems combine camera, compute unit and touch controller into a Teams Room or Zoom Room operated from the table panel. Appointments appear automatically, one tap starts the meeting, and you share your laptop screen by cable or wirelessly.
We install the system, connect it to your Microsoft 365 or Zoom account, set up the room panel at the door for occupancy and test it with you. Afterwards you see the status of all rooms in Logitech Sync. For businesses in the Mittelland region and across German-speaking Switzerland we take on operation and updates as well.
Scaling up for larger rooms
Once the room gets bigger, a camera with a built-in microphone is no longer enough. Then we add Logitech table microphones, Shure ceiling microphones or a second camera that follows the presenter. Interactive displays for whiteboarding and in-room speakers can be integrated too.
We plan such rooms with acoustics and sightlines in mind, not by catalogue. For customers with many sites we build a standard fit-out that is operated the same way in every room – from the reception in Solothurn to the branch in Basel.

Can you reconfigure an existing Logitech camera?
Yes. Often the camera is fine but badly positioned or not updated. We check mounting height, firmware, framing and microphone settings, get the room back in order and show your team what matters when using it.
