Yealink delivers complete room systems for Teams and Zoom in one box: a video bar with camera and microphones, a touch panel for the table, a room panel for the door, plus expansion microphones for longer tables. For companies that want to equip several meeting rooms identically, this is a sensible route, because every room is operated the same way and management runs centrally. We use Yealink when a room system is needed that is certified, complete and manageable. We take on planning, mounting, connection to your tenant and operation.
Yealink Teams Rooms from a single source
A Yealink Teams Room consists of a video bar, a touch panel and an optional room panel – all from the same manufacturer, matched to each other and certified by Microsoft. The appointment appears on the panel, one tap starts the meeting, and camera and microphones are already connected.
We mount the bar below the display, run one cable to the touch panel, set up the resource account with your IT and test the room. For Zoom Rooms the process is the same. One room is done in a morning; several rooms we plan as a series with identical configuration.
Many rooms, one management console
Anyone running five or twenty meeting rooms does not want to touch each one individually. You manage Yealink devices via the Yealink Management Cloud or directly in the Teams Admin Center: firmware, status, faults and settings for all rooms at once.
We set up central management, define a standard configuration and roll it out – at head office in Solothurn as well as in the branch in Bern or Aarau. When a room is added, it picks up the settings automatically. On request we take on operation with fixed response times.
Room panels, microphones and accessories
The Yealink room panel at the door shows occupancy and availability, allows ad-hoc bookings and lights up red or green – so the hunt for a free room ends. Expansion microphones extend the reach of the video bar for tables with twelve or more seats.
We plan the accessories to suit the room and, where it makes sense, combine Yealink with interactive displays, Barco ClickShare for guests and Shure ceiling microphones for large halls. In the end you operate every room the same way, regardless of what is installed in it.

Yes, the Yealink room systems we use are certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms and for Zoom Rooms. That means they appear in the Teams Admin Center and receive updates directly from Microsoft.
Can you equip several meeting rooms identically?
Yes, that is one of Yealink's strengths. We define a standard fit-out, set up central management and install room by room – across several sites in German-speaking Switzerland too, with identical operation in every room.
