3M makes the films that let many lettering and solar protection solutions hold up in the first place: vehicle films that wrap around recesses and come off without residue after years, window films that keep heat and UV radiation out, safety films that hold shards together. We work with 3M material when durability and workability tip the balance, and process it in our own workshop in Solothurn: print, laminate, plot, fit. Whether van, shop window, office facade or conservatory – you get advice on the right material, clean fitting and a result that lasts.
3M films for vehicles and shop windows
For vehicle lettering we use 3M cast films that wrap around edges and recesses with heat without tearing. Printed with Latex and protected with 3M laminate, the lettering stays colour-stable for years. When you change vehicles it can be removed without harming the paintwork.
For shop windows and doors we add plot films in many colours, frosted films for privacy and printable films for seasonal promotions. We design, produce and fit – in Solothurn, Olten, Biel, Bern and Aargau.
Solar control films for office and home
3M solar control films block a large share of solar heat and up to 99 percent of UV radiation without darkening the room. Clear versions are barely visible; tinted and reflective ones also reduce glare and views in. Meeting rooms stay cooler, shop window goods do not fade, screens stay readable.
We measure the glass, show you samples right on the window, check the build-up of insulated glazing and fit inside or outside – no building work, usually in a day. At home the same films protect parquet, furniture and pictures.
Safety and shatter-protection films
3M safety films hold glass together when it breaks: in break-in attempts, storms or accidents with children in the house. The film is invisible, makes the pane considerably more resistant and can be combined with solar protection.
For shops with ground-floor windows, schools, nurseries and private homes with large glass areas this is a measure that works without building work. We advise on which film thickness suits the pane and fit professionally with clean edge finishing. We schedule the fitting around your business, before opening hours or at the weekend if you prefer.

Why do you use 3M films rather than cheaper alternatives?
Not always, but often: for vehicles, outdoor applications and solar protection the durability pays off. For short-lived promotions there is cheaper material. We recommend what suits the service life and tell you why.
Can you remove a 3M vehicle film again?
Yes. High-quality cast films can be peeled off with heat without residue even after years, without damaging the paintwork. That is one reason we use them for fleets and leased vehicles – and on request we take care of the removal too.
Do you also fit 3M solar control films at my home?
Yes. We fit them on windows, conservatories and roof windows of private homes, check the glass build-up beforehand and show you samples on your own window. Fitting is usually done in a day, without drilling and without a building site.
