A digital reception is a screen or totem in the entrance area that greets guests, shows the day’s programme and points the way. IMAGEMEDIA plans, supplies and installs digital receptions from Solothurn, with our own software that you manage yourself.
Anyone visiting you for the first time looks at reception first. If a screen shows their name, the right meeting room and today’s appointments, visitors feel welcome before anyone says a word. At the same time, a digital reception takes pressure off your team: the screen answers the most common questions and, if you like, guests check themselves in by touch.

What a digital reception shows
A personal welcome for registered guests, the day’s programme, directions to the right room and news from your company. In between, an image film, references or job openings can run.
Everything is scheduled: the welcome in the morning, the menu at lunchtime, the emergency exit or opening hours in the evening.

You manage the content in our digital signage software, in the browser and without prior knowledge. Appointments, weather and news come in automatically. Our design team creates the templates in your corporate design.

How much does a digital reception cost?
That depends on the device, size, touch and software. After a short conversation or site visit you receive a quote with all one-off and recurring costs.
Can visitors check themselves in?
Yes, with a touch display. Guests enter their name, choose their contact person and your team is notified. We define the exact process with you.
How much work is the upkeep?
Little. The templates are set up, you only change names, appointments or images. Much of it runs automatically on a schedule. If you don’t want to do anything yourself, we take care of it.
Does the digital reception fit with our other screens?
Yes. Reception, meeting rooms, canteen and shop window are all controlled from the same software. Everything stays consistent and you only need to know one system.
