What our software can do
You upload images, videos, PDFs or templates, set a schedule and publish. Playlists, user roles and a live preview are included. Content runs by calendar, accurate to the second, with an expiry date so nothing outdated stays on screen.
Weather, news, social media or your own data sources run automatically. In an emergency, a warning message replaces all other content at the push of a button, on all screens at once. You control reception, meeting room, canteen and shop window from the same software, from anywhere in the browser.

Our cloud software or MagicInfo?
Our cloud software fits if you want to manage content in the browser and ease of use comes first. Samsung MagicInfo uses the computer built into the Samsung display, so no additional player is needed. We have been certified for MagicInfo since 2021. For complex content with several layers, live data or interaction, an external player such as BrightSign is often the more stable choice.
We recommend what suits your screens and the people who look after the content. Before you decide, we work out the costs over several years with you, because licence models vary widely.

Setup, training and support
We check existing devices and integrate them, add what is missing, build the templates in your corporate design and train your team. If you do not want to manage the content yourself, you can leave it to our content service. If something goes wrong, we help by remote maintenance or on site.
At Acsono AG, for example, greetings, logo and notes for visitors on the flip kiosk at reception are planned and changed centrally, without anyone having to touch the kiosk. There are also our free apps for weather, news and words, which run on any player that can show a web page full screen.

What does digital signage software cost?
It depends on the number of screens, the system and the scope of support. After a short conversation you receive a quote with all one-off and ongoing costs.
Do I need an external player?
Not necessarily. Many professional displays have a built-in computer that plays the content directly. That saves a device, cables and sources of faults. For complex content we recommend an external player.
Can I keep using my existing screens?
Often yes. We check the existing devices, integrate them into MagicInfo or our cloud software and add what is missing.
Do I need prior knowledge?
No. The interface is made for non-specialists: upload, set the schedule, publish. During the introduction we show you everything using your own content.
Can we hand over the content work?
Yes. If you wish, we take over the content service, entirely or only for individual campaigns. You send us what should run, and we design and schedule it.
