01
A flip kiosk for reception
The kiosk stands freely in the entrance area next to the stairs. A white body on a metal base carries the black-framed screen. It rotates, switching between portrait and landscape depending on what is being shown. It welcomes guests in four languages, German, French, Italian and English, together with the Acsono logo.
02
Content via the IMAGEMEDIA CMS
The content runs through our IMAGEMEDIA CMS. Welcome messages, logo and notes for visitors can be scheduled and changed centrally, without anyone having to adjust anything at the kiosk.
03
Yealink meeting room on the first floor
On the first floor we equipped the meeting room with Yealink: a large interactive display with camera on the wall, plus a touch panel and a microphone on the table. The display shows whether the room is free and lets you join a meeting directly.
