Ley is the smallest at IMAGEMEDIA – and in her own company, the boss. Her title: Junior CEO. Her duties: choosing colours, handing out stickers, allocating treats and making sure everyone gets home on time.
Her colour advice is simple: pink. Glitter is fine too. Grey is "for grown-ups". When a roll of vinyl runs out in the workshop, the rest is hers – it becomes stickers for the fridge, the bike and the family car. And when her favourite picture plays on a screen in the workshop, everyone stops for a moment.
In meetings she sits at the head of the table, because that's where the best chair is. She listens, draws along and asks the question nobody can answer: "Why isn't that pink?" And she makes sure her dad finishes work on time – the most important job in the whole building.
