Janina holds together what carries an agency: the people, the sites and the finances. Employment contracts, salaries, statements and deadlines all come together at her desk – in a way that means nobody else has to worry about them.
Reliability is not a virtue to her, it is the basis: people who know where they stand and receive on time what was agreed do better work. She is the first to notice when someone is carrying too much, and the first to notice when a project is drifting.
That includes keeping to the rules: working hours, social insurance, data protection and deadlines – kept in order, filed so they can be traced, settled on time.
And site management in the advertising network: she visits possible locations herself and decides whether an advertising site belongs there – and which one.
