For Remnex AG, an asset manager for commercial and industrial real estate, we turned the wayfinding of a building digital. Portrait screens in the lobby and on the pillars show which company is on which floor. A landscape information screen lists the caretaker and property management contacts and carries notices for the tenants.

Directory by floor

The portrait screens replace the classic tenant board. Large numbers from 0 to 4 structure the floors, with the companies based there listed below. Anyone entering the building finds their way at a glance, on the wall next to the lift as well as on the pillar in the lobby.

Information screen for tenants

In landscape format, a second screen shows the caretaker and property management contacts and, next to them, a news section. It carries notices that concern everyone in the building instead of a sheet on the notice board.

One look for the whole building

All screens carry the Remnex design: dark background, green accents, clear type. When a company moves in or out, its entry is updated on screen. Nobody has to print and mount a new sign.
