For S.O.S. we printed T-shirts with the team logo: a palm tree with jagged outlines, with «Team S.O.S.» and «Est. 2026» below. The design is plotted from yellow heat transfer flex vinyl and pressed onto black shirts. We worked from the client's sketches, which set out placement and size.

From sketch to shirt

S.O.S. brought the design along as sketch sheets: front and back, size and position of every motif. For printing, the motif is plotted from flex vinyl, weeded and placed mirror-inverted on the carrier. It is then pressed onto the shirt with heat and pressure.

Flex vinyl: rich colour on dark fabric

Flex vinyl covers fully even on black fabric, and the yellow looks strong and even. Fine details such as the jagged palm leaves and the small «Est. 2026» lettering stay sharp. The pressed vinyl is wash-resistant.

Ideal for teams and small collections

Flex printing is especially worthwhile for teams, clubs and small runs: it needs no screens and no preparation per colour. On request, each shirt can carry its own name or number.
